How long has the company been in business?

Lily Ann Cabinets has been in business since 2004.

Do you have a store?

Yes! We have stores in Adrian and Temperance Michigan and Largo Florida. Although, 99% of our sales are done completely online with the help of our FREE samples and 3D designs. We also offer a Lily Ann Live feature which allows our customers face-to-face help with our award winning designers to help create your space.

Are you open on the weekends?

We are open on Saturdays 10am-2pm in Michigan and 9am-12pm in Florida.

Where are the Showrooms located?

Our showrooms are located in Adrian and Temperance Michigan and Largo Florida. Please visit our store locator to find a Lily Ann Cabinets store closest to you.

Cabinet Information

Can I use the cabinets outdoors?

Our cabinets are extremely durable but aren't able to withstand extreme weather yet. We hope to offer outdoor cabinets in the future.

Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?

Yes! The only cabinets that come without the soft closing doors are our builder grade cabinets.

Do you sell just doors or drawer fronts or just cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?

All of our cabinets come completely with doors and drawer fronts

Do you Sell Glass Door Cabinets?

Yes! We offer cabinets with the option to add glass door.

Do you have customization option?

We have hundreds of customization options and our award winning designers would love to show you the options that would work best in your space!

Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?

Yes our cabinets are covered by warranty

Are the kitchen cabinets all wood or particleboard?

Our cabinets are completely all-wood HDF cabinetry. Ensuring longevity and quality for every space in your home for the best prices!

Do I need end panels?

No, all of Lily Ann Cabinets come standard with finished ends.

Do I need a toe kick?

Each individual cabinet includes an unfinished cut to size toe kick for assembly. However, you will need to purchase a finished toe kick for your final project.

Can I get samples of the cabinets?

We offer FREE samples on our website. Make sure to order your samples to see the unmatched quality and craftsmanship!

What is scribe molding used for?

Scribe Molding is a thin piece of finished trim for cabinets that is designed to cover gaps, inconsistencies, or raw edges that are visible where the cabinet meets the ceiling or wall.

How hard is it to put together RTA cabinets?

Some RTA cabinet stores can be difficult to assemble. Lily Ann Cabinets on the other hand is extremely detailed and incredibly easy to assemble. Lily Ann herself was assembling our cabinets at 8 years old!

Does the crown molding come already cut for my design?

No, our crown molding does not come cut.

Are the cabinets strong enough to hold granite or concrete?

Absolutely! Our cabinets are extremely durable and we make sure that the craftsmanship of our cabinets is the best in the industry.

Where are your cabinets manufactured?

Our cabinetry is manufactured in our factory outside North America. We own everything from start to finish. Our cabinets are designed, glazed and assembled in the US.

Do Pulls and/or Knobs come with the cabinets?

No they do not. You have the freedom to choose your own.

Can I purchase over the phone?

Yes! We always are available to help our customers pay for their orders over the phone.

What is your price-match policy?

Lily Ann Cabinets is only able to price match items that are similar to the products that we offer. Many Lily Ann Cabinet competitors provide cabinets that may appear comparable at first glance, but are actually of much lesser quality, using imitation wood or inferior hardware.

Do you offer special pricing for builders/contractors?

Yes. We offer a tiered system called Lily Ann Pro. Which will allow builders and contractors a discount on their orders.

Should I feel comfortable ordering kitchen cabinets online?

At Lily Ann Cabinets, our main goal is customer service. Our award winning designers help you through every step of your ordering process from start to finish. If you are afraid of measuring, our designers will do it for you with our Lily Tape. You can talk face-to-face with our designers on our Lily Ann Live feature on our website and also discuss your FREE 3D design and make changes in real time!

Do you offer free cabinet door samples?

Yes, we understand that you may want to touch and feel our product before making any obligations. We offer free ¼ cabinet door samples and full cabinet door samples at cost.

Do you charge sales tax?

Lily Ann Cabinets charges sales tax in accordance with local state tax laws. For more information on sales tax in your state, please check the sales tax applied to your order at checkout.

What if I have to cancel or make changes to my order?

Let your designer know immediately if you are needing to cancel your order or to change an item and they will get that fixed for you.

What if I entered my Shipping Address wrong or need to change it?

Make sure your designer knows about the mistake and it gets changed so your cabinets don't arrive to the wrong place.

What orders qualify for Free Shipping promotions?

Orders over $2500 qualify for FREE shipping!

How can I pay for my order?

You may place an order yourself online via this website, or call us at 1-800-551-1438 to speak with a designer/sales representative directly to assist you with ordering your cabinets. If you have a drawing or cabinet list you would like to email or fax to us, you may do so by clicking here to email us or sending us a fax at 1-800-758-7731.

I am looking to purchase doors only. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, Lily Ann Cabinets does not sell just the doors.

Do you offer Refacing?

No, Lily Ann Cabinets just offers the full cabinetry.

A cabinet I need is out of stock. Can I still order it now and have it shipped when it comes in?

Yes! All of our cabinets are in stock in our Adrian Michigan location. Its uncommon for our cabinets to not be in stock.

Do you offer any unfinished cabinetry?

We do not offer any unfinished cabinetry. However, you are able to paint our cabinets.

Kitchen Designs Information

How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?

Usually it will take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days depending on when you submit your design!

Can I receive help with designing my kitchen/bathroom?

Absolutely! Our award winning designers are available to help with our FREE professional design service located on our website! Our designers will have your design back to you within a few days. FREE Design & Quote

How much does your design service cost, and are there any fees attached with the design or any commitments that I have to make?

There are absolutely 0 fees or commitments attached to our design service. Our Lily Ann Live feature also allows you face-to-face interactions with our sales representatives for free to make sure everything on your design is correct!

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

Customers may purchase our cabinetry products by using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Bread Finance®, PayPal®.

Can I make split payments?

Yes you can make split payments!

Can I still checkout as a guest?

Absolutely! We do advise speaking with a sales rep because we do have FREE 3D designs and want to make sure you have all the correct items.


Do you offer financing?


How do I sign up for financing on my order?

Your sales rep can email you with financing options or you can check our financing options on our website.

Shipping / Delivery Information

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you are local to our warehouse in Adrian Michigan or Largo Florida, you are able to pick up your order the same day!

Do you ship to Canada or outside the contiguous US?

Our kitchen cabinets can be found outside the US. We will ship your cabinetry to the nearest freight port and you would be responsible to pick it up or contact a freight forwarded to bring it to your desired location.

Do I need to be home to accept my freight delivery?

No, it is a contactless delivery, so be sure to utilize the tracking number sent to your email.

Do I need to be home to accept my local delivery?

If you are in our local area, we will call and schedule your drop off so somebody is at home to sign and check the cabinets!

How is my order being shipped?

If you are in our local areas, your order will be shipped on our truck. If you aren't, it will be shipped on a freight truck!

How much time is allowed for inspecting cabinets for shipping damage?

You are allowed 30 days to check for shipping damage from when you received your order.

Are the cabinets shipped assembled?

We can ship your cabinets ready-to-assemble which would qualify for free shipping on orders over $2500 or pre-assembled which would quality for free shipping on orders over $5000. If you would like your cabinets pre-assembled, please select the "I Want Assembly" box at checkout or let your designer know!

Is it possible to receive my product faster than 1-2 weeks?

It is possible to receive products faster than 1-2 weeks, depending on proximity to a warehouse and inventory availability. If you are close to our warehouses, you can give us a call and check to make sure we have what you need in stock and you can pick it up the same day!

Quick Ship

Yes, we do shipping quickly but it depends on location. They are typically shipped out within 10 days of placing your order.

Assembly & Installation Information

Do the cabinets come with installation hardware?

The cabinets come with the hinges, door glides, and all the assembly products used to assemble your cabinets. Although, installation hardware is not included.

How do I adjust the doors & drawers on my cabinetry?

For our doors, our cabinets come with a 6 way adjustable hinge. As for the drawers they should sit on the drawer glide but if you have further questions about adjusting your drawers please be more specific!

Returns / Cancellations Information

What is your return policy?

The cabinets must be unopened and unassembled and its within the 30 day from delivery.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

If you have assembled an item or opened an item, you would not be able to return that item.

What shipping method do I use to return an item back to the warehouse?

Completely up to the customer to choose how to mail it back for the return.

Where can I return door samples and how will I be refunded?

We can refund it but you would be up to you to ship the door back to our warehouse.

What if I want to cancel my order and it has already shipped, but I have not received it yet?

In the rare situation this presents itself, please call us immediatley so we can help find a solution.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

Yes there is a 20% restocking fee.

Damages / Manufacturer Defects Information

Should I refuse a damaged item on my delivery?

If you receive a damaged item on a delivery, please call us and let us know immediately so we can replace and ship your item undamaged!

Will I receive a new cabinet if something is damaged in the box?

Yes! If something you received is damaged we will send the same item to you immediately!

How long do I have to open my cabinets and check for concealed damage after my delivery?

Within 24 hours and take photos and send them to your sales representative or give us a call so we can send a replacement.

What if I ordered cabinets with glass and the glass arrived broken?

We will replace the glass for the cabinet.
