Our DIY kitchen remodel is now complete and we have been highly impressed with both Lily Ann Cabinets and our designer Cheryl Saggese. With the help of our Father in Law who has installed many kitchens himself, we did our research comparing various cabinet companies and options. After going to see the dovetailed cabinets in person, we were impressed by both the quality and durability. My FIL had just done IKEA cabinets at his cottage and wished he had known about these because they are so much nicer. The cabinets are very sturdy and the drawer slides are extremely heavy duty. We have never assembled cabinets before and I would not consider myself a handy person but we were able to assemble the cabinets with ease – even the floor to ceiling pantry. The only cabinet which was tricky was the lazy susan and watching the videos on YouTube helped. Honestly, the hardest part of assembling the cabinets was figuring out which screws to use. With 3 elementary aged children, I am frequently wiping the sticky finger marks off and they seem to be holding up very well. If you have not yet chosen a designer, Cheryl is great. She suggested some different Rev Trak options that we hadn’t considered such as the sink base drip tray and the pull out utinsel bin. We are very glad we ordered both because our kitchen functions smoothly. When we began, there were many changes in layout options provided by Cheryl to make sure that we could consider all possibilities. She was patient with requested changes and very prompt with sending the updated designs back to us. She worked with us on our tight turnaround time and the cabinets were amazingly available a week after we ordered them. When we upgrade our bathroom next year, Lily Ann will be our first stop.

I was waiting for my order longer then you promised , quality of the product is very poor : water damage , interior of the cabinets are different finish - color , Poor finish on most of the cabinets doors [ not shipping damage] this is factory packed box , doors has bad finish , dent then sprayed over, missing hardware , looks like second hand product. Customer service very poor , if you need something call - hold - 37 minutes on hold , then transfer and another hold it's bad I do not know how you stay in business , good luck.

I placed my order on February 2, 2021, and called to check on the status of my order on March 5th. I was told that my order had not even been touch by the warehouse yet. I was told that I would receive communication that day to receive an update on my order. The next week, I finally received an email that my order shipped. My order was shipped on March 5th, yet it is March 17th, and I still have not received my order. When I called to ask for another update, I was told I had to call the shipping company. Pretty terrible customer service, not willing to help address the issue.

Overall this process was very frustrating. Extended shipping times & multiple shipments required to get full order & I had to pick up one of the cabinets myself so that we could get our countertops ordered. Based on the drawing, our sales rep didn't order one of the 30x42 cabinets, which we had to order at a "discounted" price, however the price of the cabinet was $40 more than when we originally ordered it. My husband put all of the cabinets together as we got them, but wasn't able to install all of them at once due to them coming at different times. Now that they are all installed, we realize that we have 2 extra - a 12x42 & an 18x42 - that were not on the drawing. So now we have $365 in cabinets that we don't need. Maybe we should have checked the order against the drawing, but we thought our rep would order what we needed, so we checked the order based on the itemized list but used the drawing as a guide for placement as the cabinets were being installed. We were also under the impression that we would get enough bead board to cover the 3 sides of our island, based on the conversation that we had with our rep, but we only got enough to cover the back. When I brought that to her attention, she stated that only the back was covered on the drawing. We're happy with the cabinets themselves, but extremely unhappy with the wasted time & money. It's a shame because we are planning on redoing 2 bathrooms and a laundry/mud room that we will need cabinets for but will not be using Lily Ann based on these issues.

Well, I guess the reviews are right. Lousy customer service and no attention to details and not follow through or follow up. Sally reached out earlier for me to use her as my sales rep, I guess easy money. Not happening. I was so encouraged initially, but LilyAnn has effectively thwarted that. No problem, lots of companies selling materials, responding, following up. I’ll post my own review everywhere I can. Emails not acknowledged, or answered. Ignored. No Cust Serv. ZERO, ZILCH, NONE. Somebody needs to let Bill know. I don't know about the quality of the products, I never got products. LilY Ann did refund the charge after I talked to 4/5 different people.

I am so disappointed in my shaker elite cabinets. There are so many cracks, scarred doors and places where the imperfections were poorly attempted to cover up. I ordered a sample which spent months being tossed around in my purse and that held up very well so the quality of these ca inets was a huge surprise. I would not recommend the shaker elite. I also called several times and was told 6 times I'd receive a call back. Customer service was no existent until I asked to speak with the owner. Also, my replacement order was misplaced and took several weeks longer.

I have been waiting for weeks. Your website says 21 days shipping and we are well past that. Darryl our sales rep, has been as helpful as he possibly can be. He has messages the factory Everyday for 3 weeks trying to figure out what is the hold up with our cabinets and when will they ship. We are in the middle of remodel that has not been put on hold because we can not get a good shipping date. As far as customer service, (from the factory) it is the absolute worst experience. We paid close to $6000 for the cabinets in full, and still have nothing.

I could not be more disappointed with the entire experience. We ordered mid-October 2020 and were told it would be 14-21 business days for our order to ship. We have called and spoke several different people to get status updates and were told multiple times that our cabinets were in assembly when they were not, that they shipped when they did not, and just told us what they thought we wanted to hear. We were told on at least 5 occasions we would receive a call back with an update and never got that call. It would have been so much better to know up front how long it would take for our cabinets (2+ months and counting) to ship and to get honest status updates that we needed to reschedule various phases of our remodel that has been pushed off numerous times due to misinformation. It is 12/29/20 today and about two thirds of our order delivered, with the wrong sink base. We are still missing several cabinets essential to begin installation. Also waiting on a call back about that. At no point in the process has anyone offered an apology or a credit for the extremely late, wrong, and short order. Terrible communication and terrible customer service, just an all-around horrible experience.

COVID delivery problems and inability to deliver as promised, the finish quality of these cabinets is highly questionable. Unfortunately it takes just one bad cabinet, that sticks out like a sore thumb, to ruin the look of your new cabinets. The brittleness of the glass door cabinets in particular is unacceptable. Even replacement doors received has similar problems. Problem is once committed there is no way out but to live with it, especially off you are selling or flipping a project and have hard deadlines for your project, never again!!

Lisa has been great, while the Grey Shaker Elites were absolutely beautiful and couldn't have been easier to put together, the White Shaker Elite were a little tougher to construct. The important thing about my purchase is that any issue I ran into, the company made it right. They have been in contact with me since before I purchased the house all the way through to this week where I will be getting the countertops installed. The cabinets look beautiful and if I ever decide to purchase a house for remodel, I will use Lily Ann again.

I would like to speak to the owner of the Lilly Ann Cabinets. I was transferred to his voicemail but apparently wrote the number down incorrectly. We have had a horrible experience so far and Lindsey the sales person for Colorado has been nothing but hard to deal with. She says she will call back and never does. It takes 2-3 calls/texts to even get her to respond. She is not truthful about what she says previous conversations were and that is why both Paul and I are on the line at the same time as she tries to play us against each other. Even to the point of today asking her if we did cancel how long it would take to get a refund and she then texts Paul saying I just want to confirm you want to cancel. That is not what was asked at all, just what the process would be. Please have the owner of Lily Ann Cabinets give us a call. We are very disappointed in the customer service that we have currently received.

We were told 2-3 weeks it was almost 5 weeks when we got our cabinets and not everything was right! And come to find out they had put our order under the persons name that referred us there. They makes no sense at all. We had to call so many times to get everything taken care of. Some of the items we returned and still have not gotten our refund! This company is horrible at customer service. We already put the cabinets up in the kitchen or else they would have been returned!

Its been 33 working days and I still haven't received my order. I've been told every week its coming next week and every week nothing. Now I'm being asked to change from white shaker elite to Colorado white shaker in order to get my order faster, when I was supposed to get it between 14-21 days and like I said I'm on 33 days with no delivery date in site. Nothing but excuses. Extremely disorganized, the have no idea what they have in stock. When I ordered, only 1 item was on backorder until August 15th and everything else was supposed to be in stock. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and when I try to get a manager...i get voice-mail.

From start to finish, overall great experience. We ordered one wrong cabinet. When we reordered the correct size, Darryl gave us a discount and waived shipping charges. The cabinets are so beautiful and cost a third of what we were quoted from other companies. We also love the fact that we are able to finance the purchase interest free for 12 months. Putting the cabinets together was so easy, my daughter and her husband assembled all the cabinets in one day. We highly recommend Lily Ann Cabinets.

I would just like to take some of your time to thank you for making sure I got taken care of. I seem to have all my cabinets and all are complete. The funniest part of all this is my friend at work also ordered cabinets but he ordered his from the local Home Improvement store and is still waiting. He also ordered his around the same time. I was able to get mine in, built and then had some miss-haps and still beat his time. I have spoken of your cabinet quality, lead time and also your customer service. I cannot stress how happy I am with saving money and how easy it was to build the cabinets .

I was pleased in every way in regards to dealing with Lily Ann, from design to delivery. Cabinets are very easy to install and shipping was extremely fast (in my opinion). I will definitely use / recommend Lily Ann cabinets in the future.

My overall experience with Lily Ann Cabinets has been great! Johnny Kuntz help me with design. He has been very helpful whenever I had a question. My wife changed her mind several different time in our design and Johnny and the Lily Ann staff were very patient. They took care of any concerns and issues that we had. The cabinets are top notch! We just finished installing our Shaker Cinnamon Lily Ann cabinets for our kitchen and also the two bathrooms and they look great. You can not beat the price and quality. We recently purchased the Charleston Antique White for the upper cabinets. Don Klein was very helpful in the ordering process. The initial order arrived very quickly and the delivery service was excellent. All cabinets were packed very well and were received undamaged. Only issue was one cabinet was not correct, but Lily Cabinets sent a replacement immediately via UPS. Due to the excellent packaging be prepared for a lot of time to unpack and dispose of the cardboard. Assembly of the cabinets was quite straightforward and fairly simple. Only negative comment is that the instructions for assembly of a corner cabinet left something to be desired and I had to figure it out. The cabinets are cut to very close tolerances so be sure the pieces are flush to the base; if they are not, you have done something wrong. I had one more issue that was the fault of my wall. The space shrunk by one-half inch between my order and installation.. Consequently, I had to replace a 30 inch cabinet with a 27 inch and needed a filler. The 30 inch will now go into the laundry room. Again Lily sent me the needed pieces very quickly. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone seeking a fine product at a reasonable price. They look great installed and we have received many compliments. Would not hesitate to order from Lily Cabinets again.
